BWCA Partial Outfitting Options
Canoe rentals are great, yet additional gear is always a nice option to have, especially depending on the time of year. Although it is always helpful to bring a few things of your own, one being a medium to large size rucksack to pack extra gear in such as extra warm clothes, socks, underwear, shorts, the essentials tooth brush, toothpaste, comb and brush… unless you are trying to start dreadlocks. Synthetic, wool, fleece, Gor-Tex, nylon are all great materials to use for clothing. Quick drying clothing helps for your on the water paddles through the boundary waters and heavy clothes helps are great for campfires and chilly nights.
